Enjoolata! is a Maasai word describing the joy felt when something hidden is revealed. In order to create many enjoolata moments, Basecamp Explorer Kenya has established the Talek Community Center (TCC),  Enjoolata.

TCC provides a community platform, showcasing best practices for preserving the Maasai Mara ecosystem and wildlife, for reviving biodiversity and for preserving Maasai culture and heritage.  The multi-functional TCC also fills a critical gap in local education, job training and in raising awareness of the myriad issues facing this region.  There is not another center dedicated to these ideals in the whole of the Maasai Mara.
