Gary Wysocki

Gary has been telling other people’s stories for his entire career. As owner of his own production company, he has had the opportunity to travel and document unique stories for clients as varied as the US Navy and IndyCar Race Series.

Traveling to the Mara for the first time in 2006, he produced a documentary telling the story of the life and culture of the Maasai. Gary returned to the Mara in 2024 with his wife, Debbie, and has continued to document the work of the BCUSA Foundation.

Debbie, a registered nurse, and Gary, an EMT, share an interest in medical care and they are chairing a committee of the foundation to help build a much-needed medical clinic in Talek, a village near Basecamp Masai Mara. This project has been made possible through the support of many people who’ve traveled to Basecamp with a foundation sponsored group.
